Very bad experience. Not worth the money

Took 1 hour to check-in, room had mosquitos, ac not working properly, room telecom not working, cold food served in buffet breakfast and dinner, hotel staff is not welcoming. Services not as per the price of the room.

"Rejuvenating holiday."

Good breakfast spread of veg / non-veg dishes. Ample time for breakfast - 7:30 am to 10:30 am. (Ashtamudi) Lake fronting location with beautiful view of other islands, Chinese fishing nets. Variety of boat rides on the lake. Nearby Jatayu Earth Centre is a wonderful sightseeing location.

"Overall, it has been a stressful stay because I have to worry about my family's health."

Front water, food and peace at place.

Staff at the activity disseminated false and partial information. As a result, my family must endure an hour of misery, which causes my mother to suffer from severe back pain. The person going by the name of Durga was ludicrous, unwilling to admit his error, and exuded a disregard for both his position and the welfare of others. Overall, it has been a stressful stay because I have to worry about my family's health. Moreover lacking speed boats, a prominent restaurant that is a major point of interest not operating, and a disgruntled man make the situation worse.

We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans.
