Great staff and I was impressed with the way they took care of my complain about neighbors.Some idiotic family with 3 kids they did not know how to behave.Staff changed our room immediately without too many questions.Thank you!

Esperienza deludente. Non essendoci una hall/sala comune per sostare, avevamo chiesto la cortesia di poter accedere in anticipo alla camera spiegando la necessità di preparare un lavoro per un concorso ma la richiesta è stata respinta con un atteggiamento indisponente da parte del personale della reception. Alla fine ci è stato concesso di rimanere all’interno della struttura nella sala colazione ma l’atteggiamento del personale è stata la nota più dolente. Comfort e Privacy inesistenti: La camera, oltre a mancare della necessaria riservatezza, era rumorosa a causa dell'affaccio diretto su una trada trafficata che ha reso impossibile il riposo. L’igiene della camera si è rivelata abbastanza carente. È inaccettabile trovare diversi insetti all'interno della stanza. Gentilissima invece la signora che si occupava della colazione/sala. Colazione buona e abbondante. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sproporzionato per il servizio offerto.

La posizione

La camera non era pulita ma soprattutto piena di zanzare . La colazione 🤦‍♂️ Le vetrate della hall non si potevano guardare completamente sporche 😞
