The staff in the restaurant was very supportive and nice!

The room was far away from clean. But the worst thing was that despite the reservation with booking.com there was no option to pay the room by credit card. Just cards from Indian banks are accepted, no idea how they deal with other international guests, very disappointing. And then it has cost us many hours to go with them to a gas station for payment, did not work there as well. Very bad trouble management, impolite staff.

Staff was very much unfriendly. There was road construction going on and approach to the facility was blocked for whole day. Hotel should have informed us in advance. We could have directly gone to forest safari and come to hotel after the road opens. Some how we could reach hotel by taking a mud road but we missed the forest safari in the evening. It is not value for money at all when we pay Rs 15k per night . No peace maintained. A group staying in adjacent bungalow was talking and singing loudly for whole night and we couldn't sleep. No one at reception responded at midnight when we called them to complain.

The pool was not clean

1. Food quality was very good 2. Location is awesome 3. Beautiful sightseeing 4. Room facilities were great

1. I specially visited resort for kids purpose but carrom coins and chess pawns were missing in games 2. Bullseye's arrow was missing 3. Bonfire was not available 4. Swings in the park were broken 5. Having karaoke would be better 6. There is no lifeguard to monitor the people playing in swimming pool

The breakfast was good and had good variety of local foods. The location is excellent and the cottages are designed well as I stayed in the Elephant cottages. It is very spacious and good for large groups of family/friends.

The breakfast had little for international/continental taste. No fruits/salads were available. The rooms lacked maintenance and there was no internet or TV channels available due to connectivity issues. The place needs sprucing up with proper bathroom fittings and clean towels etc.
