Location is good. Top point is price, it’s very reasonable and fair.

Rooms were dirty and did not match images shown. Sheets in one room had food and blood stain; another room was OK sheets but smelled of cigarettes and both had unclean floors and bathrooms. Rooms didn’t have the facilities as advertised: no kettle, drinking water, fridge, etc. Hot water didn’t work initially. To be fair, hot water was fixed when raised as an issue and drinking water also provided. Staff ask for tips despite low service level.
