Location: walking distance to the famous bars street for foreigners. Front desk: very friendly and professional. Room: clean with cold AC.

Bathroom is a little smaller than other standard hotels.

Bathroom is a little too samll --- I have to put the bath towel and toothbrush at the livingroom. Nobody cleans the room on the second day.

Location was good.

My room was in 3rd floor and the lift was not working. Bathroom was so small i couldn't sit on the commode comfortably. It so badly designed if I open the shower door it touches the main door.

I came on 20th to the hotel in morning around 1.30am he have rooms availble but as par his policy that is not available I have to check in 3pm cannot early ..if need early they are charged full in night it cost 2500 peso he can give you room in money but he cannot adjust the timing for the guest thouse who are coming from international flights ..soo better never visit on this place useless..One of worst experience in this hotel .after informing to philippino guy didn't provide any water service and he is telling sorry but for taking money of deposit he came to room ..and also extra charge from us no guest satisfaction..i believe and I will inform to everyone don't come in this hotel there is near by many good hotels or appartment you will get in budget compare from this hotel prise and accommodation.useless staff and owner also that he higher like this employee in his hotel... please guys don't book the hotel ..i recommend (merchant Navy officer from India Vicky makwana). thankyou.

Gute Lage,das wars schon!

Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung, KEINE Badewanne,auch Terasse gabs nicht wie gebucht. Hatte mich für das teure Apartment deswegen entschieden - bekommen hab ich ein Downgrade zum billigen Zimmer. Ohne jeder Entschuldigung oder Rückerstattung. Die Türcodes zum Zimmer sind ein Witz! Wer das System verstanden hat kann in jedes Zimmer eindringen. Safe funktionierte auch nicht. Badezimmer schmutzig und ohne Klobrille und so weiter....

Gutes Bett,gute Lage.

Leider recht Schmutzig! Ameisen im Zimmer, Housekeeping recht spontan und nicht täglich. Ohne Klobrille, frische Handtücher eher selten,dafür schmutziges Badezimmer.. Spinnweben im Badetimmer - No Go!!! Sonnenbrille am Zimmer vergessen, die wurde erst bei Nachfrage bei den Zimmerdamen ausgehändigt.
