"Quiet, clean ambience & value for money"

The location of the property was ideal for me as I had to travel on either direction of the property. The room & toilet were clean and without any odors. The good thing is that the room was not reeking of cigarette smoke smell. Plenty of eating & shopping places are nearby. Overall good value for money.

For this price point, I did not find any glaring negative points at all.
