Green Meadows Resort

The location, close to Chennai and an oasis in a busy part of town. Experiencing Indian culture, from cricket on a large screen to Indian birthdays and weddings. Open end pool usage. Great menu in the restaurant. Nearby beach at the end of the road.

There was no hair dryer. One had to ask for toilet paper.

There were cat sized rats running in the lawn right next to the kitchen. Rooms bathroom were so smelly and were unusable. Value for money is 0.

Very old building for our room, very noisy, Clogged shower, no toilet paper, had to retrieve it from under a staircase outside, plastic basin in the shower whose purpose I still don't understand, expensive drinks, no plastic water bottles but glass and not sealed, no refrigerator in the room

Keine korrekten Liegen am Schwimmbad. Das Personal versteht zum Teil kaum englisch... Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mager. Der Ort ist sehr beliebt und es werden grosse Parties organisiert. Abends ist es also sehr lärmig

A green oasis in a very noisy and dusty city. I liked the natural wood design of the room, the beautiful lawns and pool, the proximity to the Beach front and the Asia Origami Bar. The pool looked inviting but I hadn't brought my trunks. It was an easy walk to a nearby supermarket (Smart) and there is a nice cafe / bakery on the seafront (Paris Plage) that I would recommend.

It really annoys me when the hotel looks great, the room is great, the staff are great, then the second most important part of a hotel room after the bed is useless. The shower was abysmal. You literally have to run round in a circle under it to get wet. Why oh why do so many hotels not service such an important piece of the guest experience. I would also most never stay there again such was my disappointment. Please mend this (room 120).
