Green Meadows Resort

Great location, very quiet and a great place for us to get our bearings after landing in Chennai. Rooms are clean and spacious, resort is very nicely kept. Reception staff are super helpful, giving us joined rooms and letting us check in several hours early to rest.

The hotel has a lovely restaurant with a varied menu, but the service is really disappointing. I would have rated this hotel higher if the staff had been friendlier and more responsive/more polite.

Good location with very helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant was good quality and they run a nice room service system which was open surprisingly late which was useful for us.

The air conditioning would leak in the night and the first day we had no sheets on the duvet but these got corrected quickly by the staff.

Average, could be better. Ambience wonderful, When both windows opened, total satisfaction gone. Full of garbage and old construction debris. We were sitting in a closed environment, other than this good👍 .

The lawns were well trimmed. The good part of the property stops there.

1. No hot water in the bath. 2. Very poor response to complaints that hot water was not available. 3. The breakfast wasn’t great . The service at breakfast was poor. 4. The passage in front of the room was dirty & cluttered with clothes drying and people’s footwear & underwear & mattresses 5. The shower curtain was plastered on the floor (extra long) 6. Water in the bath area was collecting as the drain was probably choked 7. No side table on the left side of the bed

The rooms and bathrooms were good, neat and clean. Good lawn space to play for kids.

The breakfast was below average. More than that the staff were rude during the breakfast. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone again.
