Elita Hotel

This Modern extraordinarily gorgeous hotel has the perfect privacy, beautiful pool with outdoor patio and a self service pool patio available to guests. We were able to be accommodated during our stay. Management were Very friendly with a welcoming staff. The Suites are so clean, well kept, spacious, luxurious, as well as comfortable. Definitely recommending to my friends and most importantly rebooking a stay here next time. Thank you for having us.

I liked that the hotel itself was very close to the beach and near a couple restaurants. I am not usually one to complain but HOWEVER, working at a hotel myself the customer service is very dismissive and disengaging, they kind of just sit their on their phones & don’t acknowledge you when you pass by the outside gate (which they can see who is entering and leaving that main gate- They could definitely be upping their attention & enhance that experience of safety & service. My door did not properly lock on its own unless we pulled out the extra lock to slam it shut. Additionally, the credit card we put down for incidentals was charged $500 for some body soap or something like that. My only assumption would be accusing this place unfortunately, we did not put that card info anywhere during our trip besides for the incidentals. This was our first time staying at the hotel, cute place but their employees might not be very confidential with your card on file…

The place is good and well location, confortable bed, clean and good bathroom. They offer chairs and beach towers. Unfortunately this place DOESN’T offer daily housekeeping which is a big drawback, although they offer housekeeping every 3 days I think this is not good enough for a 3.5/4 starts hotel. In all accommodations stayed in Florida recently I honest consider this as a joke, a smart way to reduce staff cost for cleaning. I did requested daily housekeeping which wasn’t acknowledged via message (over Expedia) then acknowledged after 2nd day and still failed to do the housekeeping during my 3 nights. What a bummer ;( On the positive note the manager recognised the mistake and not only apologies but waived car parking fees as a compensation. I think is is outstanding customer service and appreciated the outcome. Still give the 5 start rating because mistakes and screw can happen but they apologied, owned and compensated.

Parking was not free, room was not ready in a bit claustrophobic.

Nice little hotel, very clean. Pool wasn’t cold so that was super great so an afternoon swim. The parking could be better because it’s mostly double parking so you don’t have the freedom of coming in and out as much. But over all very nice place good location we walked to have food and drinks

Only had a one night stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

This property is fabulous!!! It’s quiet / safe, a walk across the street from the W hotel and 1 block from the beach …. Maybe :). Best location yet. Check in / check out super easy and held my luggage for me until my flight. I will stay here again. Thank you!

What a great experience our family had staying at Elita! We enjoyed the upgrade to the room, the nespresso coffee, comfy beds, heated pool Nd walking distance to the beach. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Will stay with the family again! Great prices on the rooms also.

Chose this place to break from the regular chains. The posted ratings were helpful in making this choice. It was clean. The tiles floor is a plus to be since I'm not a fan of carpeted floors. Disappointed though first that the only parking available was in the street in front of the hotel,and for whatever reason they charged $10.00 for this. The ceiling fan in my room was horribly loud. The motor obviously is bad. I could also hear the conversation from the guests in the next room. Hard to sleep well like this. Won't be my first choice if I had to be in this town again.

Beautiful, affordable and surrounded by the beach and lots of restaurants.
