Elita Hotel

This was a very interesting boutique hotel right across from the beach. I liked the fact that there were only about 20 or so rooms so our customer service experience was great. It is an older property, but was renovated nicely and clean. Our double room was very spacious with extra storage, a small kitchen and a lot of seating in the kitchen. We didn't have an oceanfront room, but we could clearly see the ocean through a couple of windows. The hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants and local scenery, so you really don't need a car if you are staying in the area. The one negative was housekeeping is only provided for guests staying 3 days or longer. But the staff was very attentive to towel and other amenity requests. Parking was right in front of the hotel at $10 a night.

This property was clean and staff were very accommodating. Would recommend and stay again!

Nice hotel

There was a charge for parking that we did not anticipate. We were told it was based on ability. The offering of beach chairs and towels was nice but we could not find any chairs that were not quite well-used or broken.

We took a chance on this not so name brand hotel. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the room was a great size for our family for one night before embarking on a cruise. It could definitely be cleaned more thoroughly- build up on the faucet handles in the bathroom was the biggest ick I noticed. The only thing that put me off was how small the bathroom is with zero counter space. Other than that, the view is perfect with a huge balcony to enjoy it on! Walking distance to a few restaurants and a block from the beach.

Staff fantastic -property it self great condition-around the property meaning area around it had lots of trash on streets fortlauderdale is no longer clean or beautiful as it was in the passed- I was there in 80’s-90’s and there is a big differences ,food -service at restaurants poor,not all but most that I went too,I know they had lots of rain before I arrived so that could be some of the reasons for trash and hydro issues and internet connection problems,visited some friends in Miami when I was there and different seen much better there,if I go back to Florida it will be Miami

Truly enjoyed this property. It looked just like the pictures on the website. Very clean, and quite. Celebrate husband 50th. Awesome weekend, we'll definitely be back. S.C
