The property is well maintained. It is clean and tidy. But the area around it needs to be cleaned. This is the job of the local municipality and the powers to be. The lake Hussain Sagar needs to be cleaned. Overall, Courtyard offers a good deal.

Buffet breakfast selection was amazing. Momo cafe for dinner was excellent and staff went out of their way to accomodate any special requirements. Minor room issues were quickly resolved by the ever helpful receptionist Hari. Twin room was spacious and shower excellent. Room was quiet as it was not on main road. Corridors and rooms needed a bit of vacuuming, otherwise top notch. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I will not go back to this property again. I stayed there for13 nights but half way through my stay, they turned the note into a exhibition hall. They turned 3 floors for the hotel into an exhibition for clothes. each room was an exhibit hall. There were literally thousands gaunt around the hotel. It was very annoying and COVID protocols were thrown out of the window. I'm a frequent visitor here but not anymore. While checking in they never told me that there will be an exhibition half way through my stay. A day before the exhibition, they from desk called me and forced me to move my room. It was super annoying and inconvenient to pack bags in the middle of the day and middle of my stay. The hotel is very insensitive to guests. Very poor
