Sun Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I would like to extend my thanks to the hotel staff. Their attentive care and warm hospitality greatly enhanced our stay. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Ski in ski out did not work as the doors did not lock.

The property really exceeded our expectations. Wonderful lobby to hang out in with family, with board games!, great restaurant and fantastic location. You can ski over to Bromley mountain from the property. Can’t wait to return.

We just came back from spending a few days here.The place was cute and cozy, and we enjoyed ourselves despite the frigid temperatures. The lobby was a great place to hang with fun puzzles and games. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant and bar were very good for dinner. The proximity to mountain was great. And the ski locker was very helpful. The views are beautiful as well. Few of our complaints were: The lobby area could have used a little more tidying throughout out the day as there were drinks left around and pillows un sorted. The hotel had a very strange odor especially in the basement "playroom" area. That area is also very underwhelming for the kids to enjoy. Could use better lighting and equipment. There were many rules that seemed unnecessary. And unfortunately they were understaffed so rooms weren't ready and cleaned at check in and were not cleaned during stay. In all, I would recommend staying here as I believe they are working out their kinks since the renovation and it really is cute and great location!!

Noise cancellation is practically non-existent, you can hear everything that happens on the floor
