Location, staff, cleanliness

The mattress in my room was definitely over used. The divots were very noticeable.

The breakfast selection was good

Pillows could of been better

Breakfast was great and the location felt very safe.

Every La Quinta staff member that I have ever met has been very nice, and the staff here were no exception. The breakfast staff heated the oat milk that I brought along.

I cannot eat any dairy and the breakfast staff, while friendly, did not have any allergen information about the foods that they served. I ended up bringing my own food down to the dining room to eat with my husband. As with most La Quinta sites that I have been to, there really isn’t enough sound insulation in the walls. We were lucky to not be right over the dogs that were barking in the rooms that were more centrally located.

Rooms, hallway, everything looked old and worn out. Needs renovation badly. Would not stay again in Ely.
