"Great Deal for a Nice Hotel with Many Amenities!"

My experience here was very good. Vicki was very sweet when she checked us in. The room had a comfortable king bed with a couch and a nice tv. There was a microwave, fridge and internet in our room and an ice machine on our hallway.. There was no breakfast included but we opted to eat across the street at Eggs Up vs the bistro in the hotel. There is also a Publix grocery store really close. This was a great deal plus it was clean, comfortable, quiet and has a caring staff.

Location and value

No hot water, when we told staff they were aware and said they’d been having issues for a few weeks. Also, no one at front desk when we arrived. We waited several minutes before we started saying is anyone here, then someone came out from the back. Not a good first impression or good welcoming.
