Front desk and handy man were so nice and helpful. But the hotel was a little run down. Room was not clean. Shaved hair all over bathtub. Lots of crumbs. But I loved the layout of the suite. And for the cost I’d go there again in a second despite the not great housekeeping. We had a blast at the national parks in the area. Breakfast was great.

The room, exercise room, and breakfast were all good... manager friendly and talkative.

I do not appreciate being billed twice for one night- which happens- but more importantly- being repeatedly ignored in my attempts to address the snafu... first after messaging the the property with pertinent information through Bookings.com to where I needed to call three days later (the manager who checked me in and acknowledged the stay was prepaid)... only to be followed two more days of inaction and my follow up phone call not being returned (nor erroneous charge credited)- I get that they location may be understaffed, busy at times, or have some Byzantine accounting practices but six days and counting to address their mistake- unacceptable.

We only stayed here for 1 night on our way back home. I wish we could've stayed longer. The room was clean, free breakfast was awesome, & the staff were friendly.
