The room was nice and the it was close to alot of restaurants

Our key kept getting deactivated. We had at least 10 keys remade for us in 2 days. Only 1 elevator working. Not enough parking space

The pool area was nice

Parking was HORRIBLE. I had to park in a dark sketchy parking lot as all the spaces were taken. The deadbolt on the door did not work- was told they had no available rooms but to utilize the top lock as the doors automatically lock anyways. Elevator was broken all weekend- had to wait 3-5 minutes anytime we used the elevator or take the steps from the 5th floor with 2 young kids.
