"Pleasant"

Good-Oatmeal was watery Did not get his name but maintenance person was so pleasant and helpful and explaining things. Very nice man.

Key problem-took several attempts to get working. Had to even change batteries in door.

"It was a crappy stay and I only slept like 6 hours in the 4 days that we stayed there"

The staff were friendly

The beds were hard, and I ended up sleeping in a chair due to the beds being hard … we also booked a room with two queen size beds and the were like full size beds booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and the pool was closed for maintenance my entire trip .. wasn’t told that it was closed until after we already checked in and we told them that was the reason why we booked it and never offed me a discount or anything

The breakfast and location were good.

I didn’t have maid service for two days and when I asked for clean towels all they had available were pool towels.
