All I want is a clean room and it was very clean!

I was told I had a hot tub in room and got here and they took them out over 3 years ago. Other then that the rooms were nice and clean the pool is small and the hot tub was out of Sirvice we still enjoyed our time but was disappointed

The staff are friendly, the room was clean, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast was good! My only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance and apparently the hot tub needs to be replaced, so neither were available.

Very clean and so quite! Enjoyed my stay !

Lied about room amenities. Very expensive. No jacuzzi tub as advertised in room.

The room was left dirty. The ad said spa tub they only have stand up showers and the hot tub was broken

Not impressed with this extended stay. I have stayed at several over the years in many different states and Upon check in the staff member was arguing with a guy that booked this hotel for his birthday because of jet tub in his room there was no jet tub . We were also told that the hot tub was not working hasn’t been for awhile. The staff member was rude to my family when they brought their baggage in. She told my sister she was giving her anxiety. When we got to our room there was a bottle of used water in our frig. The pull out couch is wrappers and crap under it . There was pretzels under the bed . This hotel isn’t up to my standards and very unhappy . The Kleenex box had 2 Kleenex in it . The elevator smells like the electrical is hot and also sounds like it gonna stop working it hesitates and shakes . Not impressed at all !!!!

Hotel staff and facility were great. We changed our hotel the day before for a hot tub and unfortunately, to our surprise the hot tub was NOT working. Luke warm water. Disappointing. Overall nice hotel, friendly staff & good location.

Didn’t see anything to complain about. Attendant gave us a nice room in a quiet corner of the building. The traffic might bother you if you are a light sleeper but it’s fine for me. Room was clean as any I’ve been in. Doesn’t look dated as some do. Not planning to use any amenities- just need to sleep and shower. So far so good. Was a little pricier than others, but not outrageous.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were clean and sizable.

The booking description says the king suites come with a Jacuzzi tub but the property did a remodel recently and got rid of them. They have nice kitchenettes instead.
