Holiday Inn Express Peru-Lasalle Area by IHG

The staff was really friendly! The room was spacious and clean.

There was a really gross smell in the lobby at all times. They said it was coming from a sink but no one seemed to find it urgent to fix.

We booked the Holiday Inn for my daughter’s wedding, which was taking place at the barn at Hornbaker Gardens, Princeton, Illinois. Brooke and her staff at the front desk were fantastic. I emailed Brooke numerous times with questions and asked for updated lists of the guests that had reserved rooms. She always responded quickly and was happy to answer any question that we had. Hotel itself was clean, the breakfast buffet was good and the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for a hotel for a local wedding or just a nice hotel in the area,I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express.

I’ve been to several hotels of the last three years. Most hotels, overpromise, and under deliver. This hotel delivered everything. All the amenities work the entire staff was awesome. I don’t remember everyone’s name but Georgette, Jose, front desk supervisor, food staff, cleaning staff, all were simply amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

This establishment is very clean. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. We have a corner room and it is beautiful. If you want a clean place to stay with some really nice things to do within the establishment, you should check this place out.

Last week was our 1st time here and I was very impressed with the quality and attentiveness of the staff. Our family felt cared for by the teamwork from Trisha and the front desk ladies Kelly and Rebecca when all we requested were a couple extra pillows. The bacon was the best according to our 6 year old and they also enjoyed playing with the other guest’s pet ferrets. Fun time ! I recommend for families and apparently weddings too! Hardly noticed but they had like three going simultaneously. Pretty good staff- really. Thanks again.

We were at the Peru, Ill location and although there were 3 wedding parties present the staff throughout the whole time were so nice. The front desk lady Kelly and your new Housekeeper Manager Trisha gave my family and I the same quality of service as all the other guests who were there for the wedding. Our room was cleaned and all towels were available. Some places only give the bare minimum. I was also happy with the breakfast as the kids enjoyed the pancakes from that little machine. It was much better than we expected and I don’t mind giving them a 5-star review. Thanks and yes we will be back soon.

Checked in with Becca and she was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had a great breakfast. The new housekeeping manager ( I forgot her name) was so nice the next morning and gave our family some awesome ideas how to spend our day. Starved Rock was great. Thank you for suggesting it. Definitely will be coming back.

The staff especially Rebecca at the front desk was excellent! It was clean comfortable and in a good location.

It was so noisy in my room I couldn't get to sleep until almost 11 pm . The noise was from nearby guest, very loud talking, yelling and loud television. It was the only negative of the stay.

Smooth check in, room was clean. Bed is comfortable and it is quiet.
