InterContinental - Kyiv by IHG

Never disappointed with a service. Location is amazing, rooms are quite specious and comfortable for someone who likes to work while traveling. Restaurant food is amazing, restaurant stuff were super nice to me and made few special orders as after long trip I was struggling with my stomach.

Last time I had a leaking AC. Would suggest to clean a bit better bathroom, shower heads begging for attention. Also had a bit inconveniences with water pressure. Never found socket in the bathroom for dryer

An impressive hotel building close to Maidan (independence square), a few minutes walk. Also near the cable car that takes you down to Podil area next to the river. It's here you find all the restaurants, Excellent sleep quality and a spotless room. Staff second to none, always helpful. Breakfast had everything including an "egg station" with a chef.

Amazing concierge service. Extremely helpful.

Although we had visited Kyiv many times before, this was our first time at the Intercontinental. I must say that we liked everything about this hotel. Very professional staff and most pleasant. I was a little picky about my room and the front desk manager Nataliia was most accommodating. I rented a meeting room for a one day conference and received excellent assistance from Victoriia even with some last minute changes on my part. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service. We reserved club rooms and the club lounge was very good, both the food and the service. Breakfast was probably the best of any Intercontinental hotel we been to and we have stayed at many. Again the service at the breakfast was fantastic as well as the restaurant for lunch. I was very favourably impressed with the Intercontinental Kyiv and the hotel is very beautiful. Wedgwood dishes for the tea time at the club lounge was a most excellent touch. We enjoyed our 3 nights and wish to express our appreciation to the management as they did a great job in training the team members. As a Diamond Elite and Royal Ambassador with IHG I am grateful for our experience at this property.
