Residences at the Little Nell

I stay in hotels all over the world and have to say this hotel was the very best !!! I can't say enough good thing about the Little Nell. The staff was the very best I have ever seen. The service was 5 star or I should say 6 star!! You will never be disappointed when you stay with them. Location is great to ski, res and bars. I will always stay with them. I live in Idaho and will stay with them when I go to sun valley. Again great place!!!!!!

After a difficult check in when we were asked to register for an amount in excess of the confirmed price and after being taken to an inferior room, the extra charge was removed and we were given a much nicer room. Very expensive would not stay there again

There is nothing not to like about the Residences at the Little Nell! It is a beautiful property in the premier gondola location at the base of Aspen Mountain. We loved everything about it and want to come back this summer. The staff does everything possible to make your stay exceptional. Nancy and Ashley Couldn’t have been nicer giving us as many suggestions as possible. We loved the restaurant choices and used the passes to take the gondola up the mountain. What a treat! The room was absolutely gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the mountain. We also loved the fireplace! the health club facilities are very nice and large with two peletons! The apres ski was such a nice touch as well as the continental breakfast.

Very professional, saw to every “whim”, service beyond service, Sarah front desk manager wouldn’t go home until she knew I was happy with my room. Overall amazing stay

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in! Their valet is the best.i have ever encountered. Totally worth staying here if you are visiting Aspen!

Top of the line experience. The room was beautiful. The amenities are great. Comfort off the chart.

The level of service -- before, during and after our stay was impeccable. Early fall is a gorgeous time in Aspen and the stunning views from the rooftop pool and hot tubs were jaw dropping. We were celebrating our son's achievement in receiving a college baseball scholarship and the staff really made it extra special for him during our stay. Can't wait to return -- we've always enjoyed the Little Nell Hotel, but this Residences at Little Nell are entirely unique.

The only problem was not due to any issue with the Residences--the internet and phone breakdowns were a national issue and the staff did an excellent job working to help us thru the problem.

Even pampered our golden retriever with her own bed!

Close to ski lift. Right in town. Beautiful rooftop deck and pool with two hot tubs allow breataking views of mountains.
