Great hotel. Chris, the breakfast chef cooked a delicious meal. We had a great stay. We will come back again

Quick overnight business trip and this place was right down the road from the airport.. Quiet, clean, convenient hotel with excellent service. Stopped in to enjoy breakfast before heading to the airport and Chris (DC) and Selina were there to quickly greet us and go over the breakfast menu. Delicious breakfast and Chris insisted to try the cheesy grits with some sausage. Wow! I loved it! Great stat, highly recommend

As a business traveler I have seen all sides of the service spectrum. This hotel made the top of the good list. The rooms were clean and quiet. When it came to breakfast the food was hot and fresh. The servers Chris and Selina were friendly and attentive. This was a nice change to be appreciated and to witness true customer service in action. Great Job

I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was very nice. This is my second time staying here. The breakfast was very good. The chef Chris was fantastic. The whole staff here was great.

My first night was amazing! The bed was so comfortable, I was asleep as soon as I stretched out, and slept for 9 hours. In the morning, Chris and Selina saw that we had a pleasant breakfast. They both were very attentive to our needs. There were around 30 of us in my group, and Chris and Selina were so patient and kind.

Not only were dining room & buffet chef / bar manager Erika, and buffet chef Sugar (dining room and bar) and Derek (shuttle driver) exceptionally helpful and friendly while rendering service gladly- but also: the hotel is very clean and appears to be recently refreshed, the breakfast buffet is hearty, hot and tasty with some variety and generous availability, the coffee was fresh and strong and actually ready by 6AM and the elevators were surprisingly quiet. My room was literally right beside the elevator and although a small army of pharma professionals were on site for a week long work project and had at least one night out in Raleigh; I NEVER heard the elevator sound as they were up and down between rooms. Solid enough insulation between rooms I didn’t hear my neighboring guests. Great location nearby the airport, easy to get to and small enough to feel cozy while large enough for a modern wedding of 200 guests or a conference of 300 (am guessing from what I could see of the conference/ballrooms.

We spent 5 wonderful days at the hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every morning, Chef Sugar prepared a delightful breakfast that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making each day start on a high note. Both Chef Sugar and Host Selina were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions to make our stay comfortable. Their genuine warmth and hospitality went above and beyond, creating a homey and inviting atmosphere throughout our visit. From the cozy accommodations to the personal touches from the staff, every detail contributed to an unforgettable stay. We truly felt cared for and valued, and we will fondly remember this experience for years to come. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway with excellent service.

Excellent hotel and an excellent staff. Especially an employee by the name of Sugar who was super friendly and cooked the best Hotel breakfast I have ever seen!
