The view was to die for. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. Will definately book it again

The access to the carpark was a bit confusing but we got there in the end

The location was great we only had 1 night there just a quick trip

It was confusing to get into the carpark not very good signage although it was explained to us at reception I think if we were actually shown where to go it would of been a lot easier

It was a beautiful view, a comfortable bed, great position , short walk to all facilities.

First of all, mainly the staff, the staff were disgustingly rude. I was absolutely horrified by the way that they treated my 14-year-old son. I actually got the name of the lady who was the worst of all of them. She was the general manager but I can’t find where I wrote her name down at this present time. Security guard was not much better. I asked to speak to the manager in regards to a situation regarding my partner‘s phone. We were sitting close to the edge of the balcony on chairs and we were taking videos of the beautiful view when he’s phone slipped out of his hand and dropped onto the balcony below now surely you must understand that these days your whole life is on your phone, every single thing that you do has two factor authentication, so if you lose your phone and your phone number, you lose half of your life. This is a massive massive issue for us right now, we have lost thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of crypto on the Internet because we no longer have two factor authentication to get back into our accounts and am struggling massively with this issue. The fact of the matter is that you have keys for all the units for emergencies and I definitely consider it an emergency when a phone is dropped from one balcony to the one below and someone can just zip in the unit grab the phone and zip out that simple and I’m pretty sure that any owner of any unit we completely understand the situation that we are in and will give permission for the security guard to do that for us. I was absolutely disgusted by the way that we were spoken to by the manager that was on that night, and the way we were treated in regards to the phone situation. We have heard nothing from the Motel to let us know what is going on with this situation.

The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect! It was a one minute walk to get to the heart of Surfer's Paradise and there was a tram right there to go to other popular destinations. There was also a supermarket right next to the lobby which was super convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and a great size.

The lifts were a little slow, especially around peak hours. This is expected as they are such large buildings, but it did mean we had to plan ahead when ordering ubers, heading out for a dinner reservation, etc.

Gorgeous view on the 31st floor..lovely apartment with a spa bath as a nice bonus

Carpark was a little confusing..as there is a south and north tower.. need to get the right lift for the correct tower!
