Fantastic location for beach food and shopping and to get groceries

Our bathroom had a lot of wear and tear . Wasn’t aware reception wasn’t open till after we needed to check out . Was difficult to get into reception once outside and couldn’t find the drop off key box . I asked a staff member who was walking behind the counter and she completely ignored me and walked off . Struggled to get out also with another couple too .

Was in an excellent location, close to shops and tram line. Enjoyed having our own facilities in the apartment as it meant we didn't have to eat out every night. Everything supplied in the apartment down to toiletries which was a nice touch. Although we didn't make use of the games room and gym all other facilities the Resort offers was excellent.

Had to be moved from our first apartment due to dust and mould in the AC vents but was switched to a more roomier apartment, was sorted out promptly and professionally by staff at reception. Housekeeping could also be better as we found dirty cutlery in the draws.... another downside to the apartment is not being supplied dishwashing liquid which meant we had to rinse things to reuse and then placed through the dishwasher at the end of our stay. As we only stayed 2 nights did not warrant the need to buy a full sized bottle.

Very spacious apartment style room. Spa bath, generously sized shower, living room with comfortable couch. I will stay here again

Room clean and very well updated Great location!

Pools need to be heated as they are FREEZING!!! They don’t get a lot of sun so can’t use all year round

Cleanness, very convenient location and the view from the balcony. Also, washing machine and dryer are in the room so it was so comfortable to stay there.
