We had a great stay. We wanted to be in town of UBUD. The staff and the facility were great. However, our camera bag with about 6 months old apple air computer was dropped where they left it as we were leaving the hotel. On the outside we did not see any crack. But when my husband started the computer at the next location, noticed the computer was broken. We contacted them and they responded promptly with one night hotel stay refund for the incidence. Although it would not completely cover the cost of the computer replacement, we do appreciate their prompt response.

We liked everthing

Otel giriş anından çıkış yapana kadar her detayı ile harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok kibar, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Restoran ve bar kullandık yemekler ve kokteyller çok lezzetliydi. Havuz ve peysaj harika Bali'nin en güzel halini deneyimleyebilirsiniz. Oda son derece konforlu, temiz ve tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

We got several mosquitoe bites even though we used plenty of repellents. That’s just nature. Nothing the hotel can do to help.

Un lugar increíble, calmo y que cumple con todo lo prometido. Lindo, bien cuidado y con un nivel de atención increíble. Por lejos de los puntos que mas me gustaron fue la calidad de su comida, y el silencio y calma que se sentía en el hotel. También sumar los detalles de regalitos en las piezas y esas galletas de bienvenida que estaban maravillosas.

Its beyond beautiful. The view from the bedroom into the jungle valley and rice paddies is like a living painting.

Not so easy to get to and away due to the heavy traffic in Ubud

The location is very good, resort is very beautiful and rooms are very huge with nice view.
