Las instalaciones son preciosas. Muy buena ubicación.

La limpieza en las habitaciones es muy deficiente, toallas mal lavadas, manchadas y te cobran por las manchas en las toallas que ya tenían, no asean bien las habitaciones, hay un encargado del estacionamiento grosero, prepotente y cero empático con las personas de la tercera edad.

Las instalaciones y la ubicación

Aseo en habitación muy deficiente, las camaristas no son muy limpias, toalla mal lavadas y manchadas y te cobran por las manchas que ellos no quitaron, muy mal en ese aspecto, Un encargado del estacionamiento muy grosero y prepotente, cero empático con las personas de la tercera edad.

Las instalaciones , las habitaciones cómodas, amplias. Solo el piso de la regadera es resbaloso y no hay tapete antiderrapante

La atención de la señorita de recepción como de malas hacia su trabajo, en el restaurante del desayuno no hay lista de espera y según el mesero te asigna pero como está ocupado con las mesas no llevan buen control. Estaría genial que la alberca estuviera climatizada porque es raro que Tlaxcala tenga temperaturas cálidas para que la alberca esté fría.
