Coconut Grove

The apartment was great. The staff warned us a week out that if we had an early flight the morning we were checking out that there was a major bike race on and that we should consider staying in Cairns the night. This was truly appreciated. I booked accommodation in Cairns, and then was refused a refund for the last night of our accommodation, this was very disappointing as they were the ones that told us we shouldn’t stay… apart from that the apartment was great, they could have been more generous on coffee pods, 4 for two people for 6 nights was very light on, especially for an expensive resort. Parking was easy as they have on sight car parks. The pool was beautiful, especially at night and the option of getting fresh towels daily was good too

The property was so luxurious and spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cups glasses etc. great fridge with ice making facilities. Whole place was super clean with comfy beds. We loved the robes. The pool was a perfect temperature and we had it to ourselves for an afternoon. The location was perfect a few minutes walk to the beach and right at the end of the street with the shops restaurants and cafes.

The location is great, beds are very comfy and the apartments are spacious and have everything you could want!

There are just a couple of small changes I would suggest making the stay perfection. It's a little thing, but a signature scent to help mask that FNQ musty smell, and lastly, hold off on the "you are leaving shortly" email/letter that you send out. We arrived Friday afternoon for a two-night stay and received our check out email first thing Saturday morning. It has us thinking about the end of our stay when we had only just arrived. Maybe wait until the evening before leaving.

The penthouse was spacious, beautiful and cosy for our family of 7. Whether you want a short stroll to the beach or lookout to the left or a walk to the right to check out cool little boutiques and restaurants. Great place to stay and staff are lovely.

Smart TV took a little to set up but staff attended instantly when called to fix the issue.

Great location on the quiet beach end of Macrossan St & shops & restaurants outside the door. Exceptional quality of apartment. Loved the private pool & spa on terrace overlooking the main Street.
