Le personnel super gentil et intentionné hotel bien situé mais un peu vieux pratiquement pas de Français hotel.com dans le déscriptif nous dit sèche cheveux sur demande et il n'y en a pas (petit détail mais qui a son importance) la nourriture peu varié (mais du certainement au faible taux de remplissage de l'hotel à cette époque) ceci dis j'ai quand même passé un agréable séjour

The hotel management is not organized, the reception service is very poor. the receptioniste was screaming all the time and the wait in line is so long. the cleaning service is not done on time and you have to ask for it if you wanted to be done. there are no way to get any extra food outside the restaurant time unless you go to nearby stores.

"Awful customer services"

The customer service sucks since the staff (most of them) make you feel that they are doing you a favour while serving residents.For instance, the gate security officer refused to let me in after midnight and I had to argue with him so that he opens the gate. These awful services mentioned above are applied only to the coloured races present in the hotel; it is different from what the Europeans receive as a service; which is really disappointing. Thats why I highly recommend that any Arab or non- Europeans customers choose a different hotel to enjoy a stress - free vacation. Thanks, Regards

"Not worth the money.."

Not worth the money. it is an old hotel, lots of issues with the with the hotel upkeep. Small elevator doesn't work most of the time. Water cut in the room. Small room for a Triple room. Noisy all night with the live music. No proper child seat in the restaurant. Food is dreadful. Checkin was fast and didn't take time so is the checkout. I have left the hotel one day earlier..for the above reasons.
