Front desk friendly and informative. Breakfast was tasty and the area w as s very clean. Our room smelled nice. It was vlean and comfortable as well. We enjoyed the comfort of the property as well.

The beds are soft.

The staff!!! Very unprofessional and rude!!! The assistant manager needs to be fired. She has a nasty attitude and is very inconsiderate. She needs to be taught to work in customer service. I will never come back there again. The staff told me they just left her there therefore she didn’t know what to do. The first room they put me in was dirty and smelled just like cigarettes. The second room only had one bed. The third room the keys didn’t work and didn’t have the proper bedding. Not enough towels . My experience was horrible. And when I was told to call the next day and speak with the manager. I got the assist manager who was very unprofessional and rude. She told me I can’t give you money back. I never asked for money. And I told her that. She stated very rudely “Well what do you want then”. I told her nothing and ended the call. I was checked in properly an hour after arrival. Going from room to room with 3 children. Well the front desk thought it was funny that she couldn’t get it right continuously laughing in my face until I mentioned contacting corporate. Then to be accused of just wanting money instead saying hey we apologize for the horrible experience. I will be speaking with my staff. She was just as rude. If I didn’t have the funds I would’ve never booked a room.

It was fine. Bathroom showing real signs of wear…mold and water damage in ceiling. Exposed plaster or plaster board. Bathrooms hold moisture and get a lot of use. Didn’t affect my time spent. Just an observation:
