"Exceptional"

Great place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. I called ahead and they made sure my room was ready for early check in. Very professional. Clean rooms, bathrooms, great water pressure, and comfortable beds. The only complaint is that the sink and tub didn't drain great. Overall very happy with my stay.

Super clean room! The pillows and mattress were new and extremely comfortable. I would rate this hotel much higher than a 2 1/5 star! Equal to much higher rated hotels I’ve stayed in. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Clean room. Check in process was beyond excellent. Very courteous staff. Walls are a bit thin, but luckily my neighbor was (I'm guessing) watching a comedy; his frequent laughter was hearty and contagious. I'd find myself giggling at his laughter. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

If I could sum my experience in 2 words "Totally Amazing". I have stayed in many place but this was the upmost relaxing place I have ever slept at. I came back totally relaxed.

Chose this place due to proximity convenience to the residence of my elderly parents. Was simply seeking a safe haven to stay for the night to avoid disturbing parents with my late arrival in the night. Surprised and pleased to the level of quality I find generally in upper end places during business travel.

The place is ok. The heat didn't work in our room but you only needed it for a little bit each day. The biggest complaint was the smoke alarm that beeped for 3 days. We asked them the first night to do something and nada....Glad the place didn't catch fire while we were there.
