the first floor had a really bad odor, the room i was given had not been cleaned, the second room i was given the key did not work so i had to go get them redone. will not stay again

Conveniently close to my family who lives there

The cord to the phone in my room was broken so I had no way of contacting the front desk if I wanted to. The toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor just slightly. The room smelled like mold maybe or something old and gross. It should’ve been less than $100 per night for that Facility.

"Crappy service and lousy lying front desk clerk that used to manage that site and was only there to help out."

Absolutely nothing

The staff at the front desk was a liar and then charged me for a room after she sent us to another hotel that she managed. They don’t apparently serve breakfast on weekends.

"Family stay"

The room smelled a little dank, like it had not been occupied in a while. All of the public ice makers in the building did not work. However, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and free from debris.

"A TOTAL DISGRACE "

I paid for 2 doubles for 3 adults & when I got there they tried to put us in a King. So I went to the front desk & then they gave us a room that was already occupied. We walked into a room where people were already asleep. This is pretty ridiculous you don’t know which rooms are available & that aren’t!

No hot water. WiFi wasn’t working. Tv was broken. No soap in bathroom. Floor was dirty. Staff messed up and then accused us of squatting
