This is my third time in Cape Town and this is the best hotel I have had so far. Rooms are fine, the bed sleeps great. Good free WiFi, safe in the room that works well. The aircon worked as well which was great as I’ve experienced otherwise in other hotels. The bathroom is large with good bath and shower facilities. Reception staff are friendly and can help you with anything you need. Location is perfect in the middle of the city center and walking distance from Bo-Kaap, the gardens, Bree street with restaurants etc. Be sure to use their shuttle/taxi service when visiting the waterfront for safety. I did not make use of their restaurant so I cannot comment on that. I will be back in the beginning of March. Perfect hotel when in Cape Town!

Safe, clean and the CBD also easily accessible

Booking or reservations was too complicated for customers. They don’t acknowledge or respond back to your emails. They charged me after my bookings went well through Booking.com with reasonable rates unlike when you make reservations straight to the hotel
