I was amazed and very happy with the friendly staff and lovely accommodations. The food was excellent and the free breakfast was an added bonus.

It was perfect. Nothing more could have been added.

"Good"

Proximity to the opera house. Room was nice and clean just a little noisy

The service at the restaurant was very slow. We waited for our drinks, appetizers and the FOOD and the check. We were a party of 6 and the food finally started to come We got 2 of the 6 meals. We had to wait another 15 minutes to get the rest of the meals which were warm. We will not be coming back!!!

"Work overnight stay, Close to our job"

I loved the room. The bed was big (King) and comfy. Lots of pillows which were perfect. The lobby is very inviting and cozy. Even a friendly old cat roaming around.

We didn't eat at the restaurant because the menu had a bit more upscale taste than we like. I was hoping for some tasty chicken or steak, but I'm sure others will enjoy it.

Beautiful historic building! The smell of the lobby when you walk in is one of the most comforting smells I have ever encountered. I can't even exactly explain what it is. But everything was very cozy, the staff was very friendly, and my overall experience was fantastic

"It was good, the bed was comfortable. Husband had a ridiculous time trying to figure out the TV."

Breakfast was a tad lame. Tho the english muffins were very good. Not much of a selection. We went out for breakfast on the second day. We loved Claire.

First day, there was some bugs on the counter near the window and the second, there were sugar ants. Brushed them away and moved on. The TV set up is absolutely ridiculous.
