"Sad hotel with friendly staff trying their best"

Staff is friendly.

The hotel feels like it hasn’t been upgraded (beyond some superficial things) in at least 20 years. The staff can only do so much when the property is not in good shape. Our room felt humid and damp even with AC on. The doors to the pool are rusted. The price you pay is to be in a location relatively close to all the action but not the kind of area where I’d feel comfortable walking to anything. Parking is $50.

"Hated that I had to leave."

The atmosphere was amazing! Felt like I was surrounded by people I’ve known for years. Even the valet driver made me feel like I could trust him with way more than my car. I believe the young man was Myles Rashad. Definitely will be returning on a business trip.

"Excellent Front Desk and Valet Service"

I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. The front desk and valet staff were very helpful! Myles was extremely polite and made sure my vehicle was pulled down in a timely manner. I will definitely choose this location again when I return to Nashville!

La habitación cómoda y limpia, y el baño amplio. La piscina y el gimnasio, abiertos hasta las 11 pm, fantásticos.

El precio, pero alojarse en la ciudad es bastante caro.
