"Wonderful hotel"

Wonderful stay all-in-all. Clean room, very customer service friendly staff, breakfast buffet was great, super comfortable king size bed, but the fold out sofa bed mattress was so terribly uncomfortable.

"It was ok, but the service was very low key and I would have expected a little more."

We had ample space in the room chosen

The cleaning policy was a bit surprising. Only one clean per week and little touch ups every other day. When it happened, the main bed was made up but not the sofa bed. We were given sheets to make that up ourselves. I would have liked to be informed about the low level service by booking.com at the time of my reservation. There was no mention of that.
