Chen Sea Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

This place is a solid 10/10! The impeccable service delivery is like no other. The staff here are totally committed to making your experience memorable by doing everything necessary. The food is amazing, the beach is great, the rooms are very comfortable and the location is quiet but not isolated.

We stayed for 10 blissful, deeply restorative nights in a gorgeous villa with a beautiful verandah (with sunken bath!) overlooking the exquisite sandy beach, surrounded by lush garden. Delicious breakfast (great selection) and dinner with local and Italian dishes. The best thing … the wonderful staff.

A simply outstanding location, so good that we really saw little point in leaving. The susnsets are sensational. The infinity pool is beautiful, but for us it's the beautiful beach which made the difference. Great service, a very good restaurant and an excellent sea food bar--b-q. One evening we took a taxi to the Southern part of the island- what an extraordinary difference- from Duong Dong South the coastal strip was fully developed. If your thing is night life, crusing the nail bars and shops then choose one of the hotels down here (we visited Salinda and ate an excellent meal in their Indian restaurant). But if you prefer a quieter time, and also that your (small) resort owns the beach, and no others are in sight then I'd highly recommend Chen Sea

I would love to take this resort, setting, staff. food and beverage to every destination of my future travels. We loved the seclusion and solitude of Chen Sea. MJ, the General Manager was ever present engaging with the guests and interacting with the staff throughout our 4 days. It's obvious he cares! We were amazed at the variety on the menu and found everything delicious. The breakfast buffet was expansive including the fresh made to order juice bar. I'd be remiss if I did not acknowledge Chen Sea's commitment to sustainability. No plastic water bottles on site, instead use of stainless steel bottles and convenient "water cooler" dispensers throughout. Thank you Chen Sea for for a "vacation from our vacation" after 6 weeks in SE Asia.

Wonderful facilities in a beautiful quiet beach in Ong Lang. The property had everything you need for entertainment. You can snorkel, SUP, kayak etc….

I wish they had a designated smoking area for guests. I don’t smoke and do not like the smell. If we ate outside on the patio sometimes there would be people beside us smoking after they finished eating.

Everything was wonderful! Great atmosphere very calm and relaxing.

Beach, breakfast and restaurant were all superb providing a unique experience.

Amazing setting, welcoming team. Food and special set-menu was decent. Happy hour cocktails were well priced albeit weak. Welcome from management was good - we arrived for Chinese new year so paid a serious premium

Not enough hot water for outside bath to be functional, inconsistent staff quality - some amazing and attentive other disinterested. Tax and service charge added to menu of food and drink so hard to work out real price.
