Chen Sea Resort & Spa Phu Quoc

Beautiful setting, room on the beach, lovely pool area, great restaurant, very good service, very nice breakfast buffet.

Minor criticisms: there was always loud music playing in the restaurant at breakfast, very incongruous with the peaceful setting. The room would benefit from having a comfortable couch or sofa to sit on. The chair on the balcony was not that comfortable. These are minor. Loved the hotel overall.

Der private Strand und und die ruhige Lage.

Preisleistung Verhältnis sehr schlecht.

Das Chen Sea Resort liegt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Es hat einen tollen Infinitypool und ein erstklassiges Restaurant am Strand. Die Bungalows sind wunderschön, sehr geräumig und sauber und haben eine grosse Terrasse. Die Mitarbeiter sind ohne Ausnahme alle wahnsinnig freundlich und sehr darauf bedacht, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Es gibt viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, die das Resort besonders machen. Angefangen von einer täglichen kostenlosen kleinen Massage am Strand oder Pool, einer Kugel Eis am Nachmittag, Schokolade am Abend auf dem Bett, täglich frischem Obst auf dem Zimmer, kostenlosem Trinkwasser, usw. Am Strand kann man sich Kanus, SUPs und vieles mehr kostenlos ausleihen. Wir hatten ein Romantic Dinner gebucht, wo wir ganz alleine am Strand inmitten rot beleuchteter Herzen und eines offenen Feuers saßen und ein 5-Gänge-Menü genossen. Das ganze drum herum macht dieses sowieso schon ausgezeichnete Resort zu etwas ganz besonderem. Wir können das Chen Sea bedingungslos weiterempfohlen.

Tout était top sauf l'accueil tres mitigé pour le check in Le reste du personnel notamment de la plage est adorable Très tres bon petit déjeuner (venir bien avant 10h pour en avoir en quantité) La vue sur la plage en coucher de soleil depuis le bain était incroyable. On recommande fortement

Clean, atmospheric, friendly

Un magnifique établissement parfaitement à la hauteur des 5* que nous avions pu faire à maurice ou en thaïlande. Un sens du détail. Un personnel qui communique bien et ultra attentif (ils nous ont cuisiné des crêpes vietnamiennes que pour nous). D autres détails appréciés : un système de gourde à remplir en illimité bien mieux et plus ecolo que les bouteilles. Les petits lits suspendus au bord de la plage, le petit chocolat chaque soir.

Tout était incroyable. Juste le SPA est 3x plus coûteux que les excellents spa a 5 minutes à pied donc nous avons préféré

This is our second stay and as the first stay. We love that place. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is amazing! The view is stunning. It is super clean! Every day they make your bed and every night they prepare your bed for good night sleep and add aroma to your room with small poem and chocolate to your bed. They provide you with reusable metal bottle that its yours to keep and to refill with as much water as you wish. Overall the place is amazing!

The dinner we had there and the menu was not exciting. The food was very bland and overpriced for what you get. Most things are overpriced 2-3 times from what you can get outside, and the quality is the same and in my personal opinion even better. This year compare to the last year, there was no evening dinner activities that we could have booked. There was only 1 for the hole stay compare to last years and before you could chose which option you want. But this year felt a bit bland. Last year the manager of the hotel always greeted us and welcomed us, this year for 6 days that we stayed i have not seen the manager nor ware greeted. We even had to talk to him/her due to another issues and he/she was always off or away. There was an issue with some of the staff wearing a shirts that unappropriated text was written and we had to bring it up a few times, and i still don't know until this day if that issue was resolved or not.
