Property layout and amenities were great. Bed was super comfortable

The spa bath was NOT clean and we found a clump of hair floating once the jets were turned on. The reception staff were devoid of any hospitality… thankfully the morning staff were happier. There was also an odour in the room on entry.

Didn’t like the pillow, too big for a single bed. The car park on top level is difficult, so many enormous cars so little width to park in. Go down one level, less cars more room to manouver
