"It was more than above average, being clean, comfortable and on the track."

Fantastic location! Great view of the Panorama track. Clean and crisp. it had everything you needed in the kitchenette. The beds were very soft. It has lifts and a laundry. It has a small gym. The meals were large in the restaurant. Overall I would stay again.

The bed was split for 2 singles. I felt like I could easily roll out because they felt small. The bath height is a challenge with bad hip/knees to get into the shower. If only it had a handle/rail to assist. I reported on a leak from under the bath to the receptionist and she didn’t seem interested. I used the laundry and 2 of the machines were broken and the 2 remaining dryers were full of someone’s clothes, dried and left. I had to empty one onto a table to get our clothes into the dryer.

Shower over bath is quite difficult and dangerous to get into. Would make sure room doesn't have that next time

The shower door would not open and close properly. the rest of the bathroom was well maintained and clean
