"Mercure Yokosuka is where other hotel need to send their employees to witness how to be the perfect."

Hotel is excellent and the hospitality is great making you feel more at home than home itself. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile and genuine caring. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and just with me but each and every guest I witnessed being supported. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Love the convenient location close to major attractions. Shopping and transportation (Two train stations are 1 and 4 minutes away); security is second to none.

Couldn’t be any more better Worse thing is having to say Goodbye to the team you can call family.

The hotel is very close to train station and the shopping mall, the hotel breakfast was so good and variety of choices.

The room that i was in get too hot at night even though i adjusted the room temperature to low and turning on the a/c seem to do nothing.
