Niestety jedzenie kompletnie nam nie smakowało, bardzo się zawiodłam. Do tego spa nie spełniło moich oczekiwań, zapisałam się na masaż, który odbył się w kompletnej ciszy, bez żadnej muzyki w tle oraz Pani masażystka ziewała co jakiś czas.

Very clean and exceptional value for money. It was a long walk to my room from the elevators and the whole card system can be a bit annoying but it makes it feel safer so probably worth it. Definitely go back again

Card system for the hall ways was a bit annoying

The hotel felt like a community, and while I only spent 5 nights here, the staff made an exceptional effort to remember my name, my room number and even seating preferences at breakfast. Speaking of the breakfast, this buffet was probably the most varied and delicious selection of foods I’ve been offered from any hotel in Bali. My room was exceptionally clean and the property itself is vast, with a stunning rooftop view and restaurant. I was very pleased with the service here, the staff were always proactive and warm, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I did not dislike anything.
