Kitchen without utensils??? Its a joke.

Parking was horrible nothing was close to my room but a lot of handicapped spaces. I have knee issues but not a handicap sticker or anything I just think its an overkill on amount of handicap spaces

Clean room, except the floor felt dirty. Might have been my imagination. It is an older property that has been redone fairly successfully. There were dents in few of the doors (ooen to outside) but area is well lighted and didn’t seem unsafe. Water pressure was good in the sink but very poor in our shower; I think the shower head was to blame. We mentioned it to front desk lady upon checkout, and she wrote it down. All in all, not a bad place. We were passing through and only there for one night.

The room was clean, the air conditioner was cold. The bed was very firm. Staff was friendly. As another reviewer said, it’s an older property that has been redone. The “older” showed through in our bathroom, but it wasn’t terrible, Except for our shower. Water pressure in the sink was fine, but the shower was was very low and the head wouldn’t adjust. I told the front desk attendant st checkout, and saw her write it down, so they’ll probably fix it. Hotel is kind of in the outskirts, not really IN Port Arthur, which is where I meant to be, but that was my fault.

My stay was not good, unhappy about my room, service, etc

Looked fairly clean, however there was a dead roach in our room. Also there was some soffits damaged on the building.

Our stay was great, very convenient close to everything. We will definitely be back again.

There was always "only eggs" at breakfast and staff was not well trained because they didn't know how to check me out.

This is an older property with all of the room doors opening to the outside. It has been very nicely updated. It was a great room with a separate little kitchen. That worked really well for us since we like to fix meals in our room if possible. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet except for hearing a train whistle during the night. Internet worked very well. Breakfast was so, so! The Texas shaped waffle was great. The eggs were not. I think they were left over from the day before. Coffee was weak and so was the orange juice. The room price made the stay worth it.
