Best Western Frodsham Forest Hills Hotel

Friendly staff and lovely restaurant

Hot water for the bath and shower could have been warmer, room smelt slightly of smoke

Nice location with large size double room and tv. Smart tv with ability to stream from your devices would have been a nice touch but hence not in my room

Bathroom was a bit dated with pink bath, sink and toilet. Cheapened the room a little Hotel is looking a little dated in places but I can see they are slowly making improvements. They can’t do it all overnight

Needs a few updates in the rooms

Just come back from a night away at the best western and what a treat it was. Myself, my daughter and 2 step daughters booked 2 rooms These were very kindly accommodated to be next to each other. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were lovely and clean. The view was nice too. The whole hotel is modern and gorgeously decorated. The staff are friendly and the food is lush! We got a bottle of process to the room and breakfast Honestly the whole stay was perfect and the spa is great Thank you for the best time

We were in an old unreversed room pretty Grim liked the fact near relatives
