The room was clean and I under stand it was a smoking room but it smelled like cigarette smoke. Just didn’t expect the stench to be so strong. Also there was no signage that I could see for the ice machine one the 7th floor I think the Blue Tower. Was a long walk just to see not knowing if it was there or not.

"Why paid Chicago Hotel Prices"

I stay at the Blue Chip Casino Hotel whenever i have business in downtown Chicago. It is a one hour drive to McCormick's Place an easy drive .. Reason: Free Parking, Nice Hotel, and Safe. They have made some good improvements over the past 2 years at their in-house restaurants. Prices compared to Chicago downtown Hotels 1/2.

Stayed for a night passing through and wanted a casino. Too smoky almost everywhere and dingy. Lacked dining options on site. Most staff didn’t seem to like their jobs. The room on the non smoking tower was very nice. Smoking tower was run down and I would not sleep there due to so much smoke.

The premium king room had a view of the parking lot. No microwave included, 20 dollars to rent. I think if it says premium room, it should include these things.
