Hotel was super clean, better than expected. The pictures did not do justice. Great part of town and easy to get around. Breakfast stayed open late on Sunday and check put was later which helped with 2 kids.

Breakfast omelette bar is great

One particular female staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Other staff were nice, but her attitude ruined the experience.

The location was nice . I was able to go on walks with my dog comfortably. For most part the property was clean. But I did see trash outside the property where people had left their trash from eating.

The hallways had smells of different foods. I usually go to the Hyatt House on Chapel Hill Rd because it always smells amazing and very clean. It was very surprising to see trash on the property and the smell of the hallway. I expected that it would be the same at all the Hyatt House hotels.

Thank you to Imani T. and Roger H. for making breakfast such a delightful experience. I particularly enjoyed the oatmeal, which takes time and effort to prepare properly.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good. Location is good. Hotel and room were clean. Room needs updates. Especially the shower head.
