Location was great, safe area, hotel could use a vacuum cleaner in the common areas.

For what this costs per night I would expect daily cleaning and replenishment for the room.

I booked a room in advance with an arrival time between 12 AM and 1 AM. I arrived at about 12:10 AM to be told they were going to have to cancel my room because so many travelers had come through that day and they were sold out. How does someone with a booked room not have their room taken away from them and given to a random traveler who showed up that day? When I asked how I wasn’t informed that my room was gonna have to be canceled prior to my arrival at 12:10 AM they told me they were unable to contact me. My phone number and email were provided at the time I booked. I’ve also received cancellations from hotels when I’ve booked on Booking.com before so I know hotels have the ability to cancel bookings through Booking.com. The two people at the front desk were perfectly nice, even if they did not have the room I booked available. I would never recommend this establishment nor would I stay there based on their unethical business practices.
