Worse stay, roaches crawled in bed with us, stepped on them on floor of bathroom. Found underwear and Pubic hairs in bath tub.

Foyer was clean & maid service was prompt and came every day. There were no do not disturb signs to allow for posting.

The room was not clean when entering. Damages to the door, dried paint on the floor, fleas in carpet, no shampoo or conditioner or hair dryer or phone. Had to ask for phone . Water drainage issue with plug in tub.Interrupted during a shower for installation of an new a/c , unprepared , no fair warning. The facility was under renovations obviously. Staff was kind but offered no resolutions.
