Comfortable room and cozy beds. Staff were very helpful

Facilities like kettle and mini fridge was not there. However upon insisting that was provided. Room service did not have ice which was very odd.

Location good.

Did not have hot water at nine in the evening, does not have power backup (how they call themselves 3 star?). Provided me one part of a maybe suite, noise from adjoining room permeates very easily, disturbing. They are likely to have a loyal clientele, but booking through sites may not lead to good experience.
