"Schöne Lage - aber unpersönlich"

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es ist sehr sauber.

Leider wurde man nur per Email informiert, welche Zimmernummer man hat und bekam auch den Zugangscode dazu. Kein persönliches Wort an der Rezeption. Diese war unbesetzt (früher Nachmittag). Genauso bei der Abreise. Das empfanden wir als sehr unpersönlich.
