Sands Motel Niagara Falls

It was a terrible experience was getting sounds all the night, maybe some construction or some tools in the midnight

I had a good experience overall. The cost was affordable, and the staff provided excellent service. They were also helpful in suggesting some local places to visit, which added to the overall experience. Would recommend!

Needed late check in. Very accommodating

Booked this room through a booking website i paid over $300 dollars for 3 nights in a non smoking room Firstly room smelled of smoke The room was very dirty It had cigarette burns on the carpet and mattress The shower curtain was badly stained It was very noisy lots of laborers coming and going The staff were not helpful I have never stayed in a place so bad in all my 62 years. There’s tired and in need of upgrades and there’s just plain dirty this room was the latter We woke up the next morning with bug bites from the bed. On inspecting the bed you could clearly see the bed bug mess. And trying to get a refund on this place is a nightmare. This place gives small motel owners a bad name. This place should be condemned. Just so you know if you need to read more I would like to give this place no stars but this is not an option. Shame on the owners

Nice and convenient

I’ve stayed here twice, and each time has been a wonderful experience. The staff are lovely, kind, and very helpful, which made me feel truly welcome. The rooms are spotless, and I always feel safe and comfortable during my stay. The pool is also well-maintained and clean. I always look forward to coming back, and this will definitely be my go-to place to stay again. Lad 🫶❤️
